Welcome to West Tennessee Brewing! By accessing or using our website, services, or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully. 

 1. Acceptance of Terms 

By using our website, placing an order, or attending events at Paris Station or our 27 Broadway St. Taproom, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our site or services. 

2. Use of Our Website 

• You must be at least 21 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages or attend events where alcohol is served. 

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when making purchases or booking events.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. 

3. Products and Pricing 

• All prices for our products, including beer, merchandise, and event tickets, are subject to change without notice. 

• We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time. 

• We may limit the quantity of products purchased and may refuse or cancel orders that violate our policies. 

4. Payment 

• We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and digital wallets, for online purchases. 

• You agree to provide valid and accurate payment information at the time of purchase. 

• All transactions are processed securely, and payment is due upon order confirmation. 

5. Shipping and Delivery 

• We offer delivery services for merchandise and beer (where permitted by law). 

• Shipping times may vary based on location, product availability, and delivery method. 

• You agree to pay for shipping costs, which will be calculated at checkout. 

6. Event Bookings

To book an event at Paris Station or our 27 Broadway St, McKenzie, TN taproom, you must fill out our event booking form or contact us directly. Event bookings must be made at least one month in advance and are subject to availability. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking. You are responsible for adhering to all local laws and regulations regarding alcohol consumption during events.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Full Refund: Cancellations made at least one week in advance of the event will receive a full refund of the space rental fee. 

• Partial Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event due to emergencies may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for a partial refund. 

• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event. 

7. Returns and Refunds

• Merchandise: We accept returns for merchandise within 30 days of purchase if the items are unused and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs. 

• Alcohol: Due to state regulations, we do not accept returns or refunds for alcoholic beverages once purchased.  

8. Liability Disclaimer 

• West Tennessee Brewing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services. 

• We are not responsible for any injury or damages that occur while attending events or consuming alcohol at Paris Station or the 27 Broadway St. Taproom.

9. Intellectual Property 

• All content on our website, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and images, is owned by West Tennessee Brewing and is protected by copyright laws. 

• You may not copy, distribute, or modify any content without prior written permission. 

10. Privacy Policy 

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. 

11. Changes to Terms 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Tennessee. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Tennessee.
